Jim Gibbons,
Governor of Nevada

Jim Gibbons was born and raised in Sparks, Nevada, and attended Nevada public
schools and universities. Jim earned a B.S. in Geology from the University of
Nevada, Reno, and a Master's degree in Mining/Geology from the University of
Nevada’s Mackay School of Mines. Jim went on to earn his J.D. from Southwestern
University School of Law and completed his post-graduate work at the University
of Southern California. He was named the Mackay School of Mines Alumnus of the
Year in 1999, and remains an active supporter of Nevada’s university and
community college system.

Jim Gibbons served three terms in the Nevada State Legislature and was named
“Outstanding Freshman Legislator” his first year in 1988. By 1993, Gibbons rose
through the ranks to become Republican Whip of the State Assembly.

Somer
Hollingsworth,
President and CEO, Nevada Development Authority

For the past 53 years, Somer Hollingsworth has been a resident of the Las Vegas
area. His life began with a childhood in Texas and graduation from Eastern New
Mexico University, 1967, Bachelors in Business Administration and then graduated
in 1979 from the Pacific Coast School of Banking, University of Washington.

Mr. Hollingsworth developed a lifetime career in the banking industry within
several local banking institutions. Mr. Hollingsworth's banking path ranged from
teller to President and Chief Executive Officer. In 1995, Mr. Hollingsworth
opened his own consulting firm which lead to his involvement and acceptance of
the position of President and Chief Executive Officer with the Nevada
Development Authority. Growth, management and direction of NDA to become the
source in Southern Nevada for relocation/expansions of companies highlight the
responsibilities of Mr. Hollingsworth. |

Jeremy Aguero,
Principal, Applied Analysis

Applied Analysis Principal Jeremy Aguero formed the company in 1997. His areas
of expertise include economic analysis, operational model development, fiscal
impact analysis and public policy analysis.

Aguero graduated with honors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and holds
a juris doctorate from the Wm. S. Boyd School of Law. During his last year of
undergraduate course work, he served as an intern/analyst with Coopers &
Lybrand, LLC's (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) Financial Advisory Services Group.
After spending 18 months with Coopers, Aguero left and formed Applied Analysis.

Aguero's project history demonstrates a wide range of abilities. He has worked
for clients in both the private and public sectors and undertaken projects of
local, regional and national significance. |
