Dr. Lawrence Yun
Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®Lawrence Yun is Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research at the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. He directs research activity for the association and regularly provides commentary on real estate market trends for its 1 million REALTOR® members. Dr. Yun creates NAR’s forecasts and participates in many economic forecasting panels, including Blue Chip and the Harvard University Industrial Economist Council. He appears regularly on financial news outlets and is a frequent speaker at real estate conferences throughout the United States. USA Today in 2008 listed him among the top 10 economic forecasters in the country.
Dr. Yun received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and earned his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Jeremy Aguero
Principal Analyst, Applied AnalysisJeremy Aguero, Principal Analyst, formed Applied Analysis in 1997. His areas of expertise include economic analysis, operational model development and fiscal impact analysis. Aguero graduated with honors from the University of Nevada, Aguero conducted analytical work with Coopers & Lybrand, LLC's (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) Financial Advisory Services Group. After spending 18 months with Coopers, Aguero left and formed Applied Analysis. Aguero earned his Juris Doctorate in 2004 from the William S. Boyd School of Law, graduating Cum Laude and earning the Dean’s Graduation Award. Aguero's project history demonstrates a wide range of abilities. He has worked for clients in both the private and public sectors, and undertaken projects of local, regional and national significance.
